Turtle Beach Corporation, a leading manufacturer of gaming accessories, has announced the expansion of its Recon gaming headset series with two new color variations: Recon 70 Lavender and Recon 50 Red/Blue.
The Recon 70 Lavender is the 12th color addition to Turtle Beach’s best-selling wired gaming headset family. This model is multiplatform compatible, meaning it can connect to any device supporting a wired 3.5mm connection, including all major gaming consoles, Windows PC and Mac, and compatible mobile devices. The headset is retailing at a suggested price of $39.99.
Alongside the Recon 70 Lavender, Turtle Beach has launched the Recon 50 Red/Blue, a gaming headset inspired by the iconic red and blue colors of the Nintendo Switch. However, its usage is not limited to the Nintendo platform; it also offers multiplatform compatibility through a 3.5mm connection. The Recon 50 Red/Blue is priced at $24.99.
Both models are equipped with high-quality 40mm over-ear speakers and a high-sensitivity microphone, designed to provide clear chat and superior game sound. They also feature a lightweight design and leatherette-wrapped cushions for enhanced comfort and improved noise isolation.
The Recon 70 Lavender has a handy flip-to-mute mic and on-ear volume controls, whereas the Recon 50 Red/Blue comes with a removable boom microphone and in-line volume controls.
These new models are available for purchase now at Turtle Beach’s website and participating retailers.
